As my discharge date approaches, I would like to complement employees for their wonderful care and service.
Reena has been especially helpful and professional in assisting me in the care for my stoma.
She helps me every morning when she is on-duty. Reena is always able to find supplies as well as her wonderful smile. During her shift she frequently checks on me. TLC is part of Reena’s thoughts and soul. She is great at running her shift and assuring that work gets done properly.
I am sure that you have a program to recognize exemplary employees and I would recommend Reena for such an honor.

My sister ,Joan Forhane , was a resident at the center from June 21, 2016 until her death on July 29th, 2016. I would like to thank you and the staff of the 2nd floor for the amazing care that my sister received. From day one I was met with a very professional staff starting with Treshawn the Medicaid Coordinator and the admitting staff to Social worker Pascale Jean- Pierre. The nursing staff on the 2nd floor was so efficient I can't say enough. The nurses Mary, Vanessa, and Sandy were always available to my brother and I. The nursing assistants kept my sister clean and comfortable always. Miss Blake escorted my sister to her last chemo treatment in NYC and cared for her like a family member. I have nothing but enormous praise and thanks for her care.
Although I will miss her for the rest of my life I know her last days were peaceful and comfortable. I'm sorry I did not remember all the staff I interacted with especially the morning of her passing, rest assured I will remain grateful forever.
A special thank you to Pascale for listening and comforting me when I was at a low stressful time. Thank you again Patricia Hanson and family.
